Audit file automatically added after signing

After a sign request is completed, the audit file now appears automatically in the contract's files. No need to upload it manually.

Automatic email reporting

You can now set up automatic email reports. Choose your preferred interval and receive a periodic contract overview directly in your inbox.

OCR for scanned PDF files

We now use OCR (optical character recognition), which means you can upload scanned PDF files too. We automatically extract the relevant data, reducing manual data entry.

Self-service password reset

You no longer depend on your organisation's admin when you can't log in. Use the "forgot password?" link to easily restore your own access.

Quick MFA reset via SMS

To improve both security and convenience, users link their phone number to their account. This lets you reset your multi-factor authentication (MFA) yourself using an SMS code.

New required field: Department

The 'department' field on contracts is now mandatory. This lets you filter by department (e.g. Marketing) across companies in your structure and assign read/write permissions per department. Existing contracts without a department remain fully accessible.

Department management for admins

Admins now have full control and can manage departments through the settings panel.

Completely redesigned permissions structure

The underlying permissions architecture has been fully reworked. Don't worry: users can still log in with their current permissions, but you can now refine access at the department level.
