Roles & Instructions: Tracking Contracts processes personal data strictly in accordance with the customer's written instructions.
Strict Security: Robust technical and organizational measures, including encryption and access management, are in place to ensure data security.
Transparency regarding Sub-processors: Third parties are only engaged with prior consent and under terms at least as stringent as those in this agreement.
Notification & Cooperation: In the event of a security incident, the customer is notified immediately, and full cooperation is provided for handling data subject requests.
Data upon Termination: When the service ends, all personal data is either securely returned or permanently deleted, based on the customer's choice.
