    Why are sales contracts always perfectly managed, but procurement contracts almost never?

    I found myself asking this question repeatedly during my many years as a procurement professional for hotels and hotel groups. I consistently saw the same pattern in SMEs: sales contracts are neatly registered in CRM systems, but procurement contracts are buried in a drawer, lost in an inbox, or simply missing.

    The result? Profit leakage. Contracts that are silently renewed because the notice period expired, licenses for software no longer in use, and missing annexes that leave you legally vulnerable. More often than not, the supplier has their records in order, while you as an entrepreneur are left playing catch-up.

    To solve this, I started Tracking Contracts together with my son. I brought the procurement expertise and real-world pain points; he brought the technical brilliance. As an experienced software engineer, he built a platform that doesn't just deliver on its promises but excels in simplicity and speed.
